Guile Branco started bodybuilding at the age of 15 and at 17 competed at a bodybuilding contest for the first time. Before he moved to America he trained at a small gym in Sao Paulo, Brazil, called "Overall Sports". There he began to learn that there's no great achievement without great focus and effort. Very soon he became a bench press champion, and held the title for three consecutive years.
